Rates and Insurance

Counseling Fees:

Fees for individual therapy sessions are $185.  Couple therapy sessions are $215. The fee for an initial assessment appointment is $250. The initial meeting is typically longer so that we can spend more time getting to know each other and working together to determine your needs and goals for therapy. Generally, therapy is most effective when you engage in weekly sessions. However, we will collaboratively decide the duration and frequency of subsequent sessions based on your individual needs.

 

Psychological Assessment Fees:

Fees for hourly Assessment is $350. Full Psychological Evaluations/Assessments are typically conducted over a series of 2-3 hours sessions, depending on the age of the client. The total fee for assessments vary and depend upon the referral question, and depend on the extent of testing required to appropriately address concerns. The fee is a flat fee that covers all services rendered including some or all of the following: interviews, test administration, scoring, report writing, consolation with other parents or professionals that can provide important information about a client’s behavior, and school observations. The fee will be discussed and tailored to each client’s needs before any testing takes place and typically range from $3500-4000.

 

Payment:

Payment is made in full at the time services are rendered. I accept payment by cash, check, credit card, or Health Savings Account.

 

Insurance:

I am currently an out of network provider for most other insurances. If your insurance company allows you to receive services out-of-network, I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company carefully prior to our first meeting to determine your provider’s reimbursement policies for psychological evaluation and/or psychotherapy for an out-of-network provider.
