Counseling for Individuals

Why Counseling?

We all face challenges. When these challenges prevent you from enjoying life and connecting with the people around you, counseling can provide both immediate and long-term relief, coping skills, deeper self-awareness, and deeper connections with others. Counseling offers a safe, non-judgmental environment that can help you understand the roadblocks that are holding you back. Counseling can also provide you with the tools necessary to restore a sense of balance, promote growth, and put you on the path toward positive change.

I provide counseling for teens and adults that is tailored to the needs of each individual. I use an integrative approach that draws from evidence-based and researched methods. I engage with clients using an interactive style and I will help you examine your thoughts, feelings and behaviors in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
